Job Description

What will you be doing? 

 

To provide proactive, professional and confidential administration support and project co-ordination for the Corporate Affairs & Sustainability team.
Build strong and positive relationships, across the organisation for the benefit of the role and team.

To provide a high quality of service and ensure that all the work you are given is completed accurately
Proactively take actions to improve our business based on your practice experience
Providing informal guidance and support to new team members when required
Handling incoming mail/e-mail/telephone messages proactively
Production of project plans and tracking deliverables
Providing administration for meetings & fully diary and inbox management
Cross team Coordination
Meeting agendas and structures
Organising and coordinating actions
Event administration

 

Who are we looking for?  

 

Proactive – identifies what needs to be done before being asked.
Ideally a proven ability of working as a PA and coordinator for a large team / corporation.
Ability to deal with all levels of management and remain confidential at all times.  Strong networking skills
High proficiency with PC systems including Microsoft Office packages specifically Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint & Word.
Aptitude to learn to use company specific applications expertly e.g. Evo
Ability to prioritise varied and often hectic workload.
Organised, attention to detail, good communication skills
Flexible and approachable
Ability to work alone using own initiative
Project involvement 
Experience reading and using financial documentation
Desire to learn new areas and skills
