Given the scale and heavy design focus you will get the opportunity to work on a great range of key projects in Christchurch and across New Zealand. Your new role

This business has a proven past of pushing design boundaries and exceeding client expectations. As the studio grows and the demand of ongoing projects increase, comes the need to further develop and add another senior member to the existing team. Within this role you will collaborate with the other senior leaders and manage your projects throughout the complete design process. You will have both a design and technical background and be comfortable in managing architectural graduates at all stages to ensure timely outcomes are met.

What you’ll need to succeed

You must have previous experience working within a similar design studio and have proven experience as a creative architect. You must have larger commercial scale experience - $20m + as this is the nature of the projects you will be responsible for. Leadership experience and having managed a team in the past would be an advantage. Previous Revit experience is desired for this position.
