To support us on our journey, Sinai Health System is looking for a Project Analyst to support our Information Services Department at our Mount Sinai Hospital Campus.

The Project Analyst is responsible for supporting small to large projects to successful completion following standard project discipline principles and processes. The role works collaboratively with other key stakeholders to optimize operational processes.

Job Requirements

  • University degree in health science, health informatics, business or computing science
  • A minimum of 1 years of information technology and/or health care experience
  • Knowledge of schedule tools and processes for Oncology is an asset
  • Proficiency in the use of MS suite of products
  • Demonstrated knowledge of standard project management tools, methodologies and frameworks, clinical and business systems and processes, business workflow, systems analysis and process redesign
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Inpatient and Outpatient systems and processes
  • Demonstrated knowledge of application programming and database
  • Well-developed analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal team members, sponsors, stakeholders, external suppliers and business partners
  • Demonstrated good presentation and communication skills
  • Demonstrated outstanding customer service and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced multi-tasking environment
  • Demonstrated satisfactory work performance and attendance history
