What you’ll do:

• Oversee the delivery of the Identity portfolios, managing teams of delivery managers and scrum masters who support the wider identity engineering teams.
• Ensuring that any programme structures and responsibilities are set up for success to meet Identity’s business and technical objectives.
• Fiscal due diligence and management of budget and headcount planning within agreed guardrails.
• Apply standard methodology governance and ways of working to support the end to end delivery of production grade products and their ongoing operational excellence to ensure world class resiliency and quality to our services.
• Provide monitoring, up to date reporting and status to senior stakeholders and executives.
• Providing leadership and coaching to help grow the next level of leaders in the team, promoting expertise and standard methodologies in technology through internal Guilds, external Meet Ups, speaking at Conferences.

What you’ll bring:

• Specialist in Agile ways of working and lean portfolio management.
• Known for leading highly complex technology and business programmes, with strong discernment and budgetary responsibilities.
• Experience of building and redefining high performant multiple multi-disciplinary technology teams.
• Experience of working in a product based/software development environment, ideally with knowledge of large micro services-based platforms in a cloud environment.
• An inclusive leader with boundless optimism, unwilling to tolerate mediocrity and passionate about quality and excellence.
• Ability to grow the next generation of Leaders and comfortable with delegation/coaching to support scaling the teams.
• Organisational Awareness-knowledge of handling both internal stakeholders and counterparts in interfacing organisations. Ability to think of approaches beyond establishing traditional support arrangement boundaries for internal service management.
