The Role

Sitting within the Transformation & Technology Team the Programme Manager is part of the Enterprise Delivery Office (EDO) and will report into the Portfolio Delivery Lead. The purpose of the EDO is to ensure the strategic alignment and successful delivery of programmes and projects.

About you:

Our partner is seeking an ERP transformation expert that has a proven track record of delivering projects of this scale. You will be managing an extensive group of senior stakeholders who represent nearly every business domain (Operations, Supply Chain, Customer and Finance as examples). As such, in addition to substantial delivery experience, we are also seeking an individual with first-rate stakeholder management and communication capabilities.

Ideal Experience:

• Varied experienced across the delivery of complex, multi-layered programmes
• Understands different project methodologies and the principles of these approaches (i.e. Prince2, MSP)
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to liaise with senior management.
• Competent use of Microsoft Suite will be advantageous.
• Have a good understanding of Agile methodologies and practices
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in managing and delivering programmes of work within a complex organizational environment
• Experience in co-design and human-centred design methodologies is also advantageous
