About this role

As Programme Manager you will play a critical role with accountability for the delivery of a portfolio of large, complex infrastructure builds across your region.

Your strong project management and supervision skills will ensure you go the extra mile and take on any challenges and see them through to a positive outcome.

You'll have the following responsibilities

Whilst coaching your team, and using your knowledge of the fibre build process you will

prioritise workstreams to deliver successful national and regional customer outcomes across several programmes. Aligning supply & demand with the agreed quarterly plans and taking ownership of new and emerging programmes either developing and owning full life.

You will strive to build warm relationships with engineering & planning partners, driving collaboration to ensure the end goal is at the forefront of everyone’s mind.

You will be comfortable at presenting plans and progressing updates to Senior Managers, with a keen eye for managing costs, budget, risk & opportunities.

 

You'll have the following skills & experience

With your fibre knowledge and experience of leading on projects and programmes you will thrive on delivering and handing your full project over for acceptance.

You’ll bring strong programme management skills with the ability to manage and drive sustainable business. Commerciality is key, you will be given independence within your role so the ability to spot opportunities and articulate challenges is key.

Above all, you will have the ability to inspire and nurture your teams and projects.
