Cardiff Young People services provides supported accommodation to homeless young people (16-21 years of age) and floating support accommodation. As Programme Co-ordinator for the centres you will oversee the Young People visiting service and promote the philosophy of engagement and independence. 

This would involve monitoring and delivering good practice, evidenced based interventions and data collection to inform service delivery.

Key Responsibilities: 

The role of Programme Co-ordinator is central to achieving positive outcomes for our vulnerable clients and has operational responsibility for service delivery within specific areas of responsibility. 

You will ensure the programme contributes to the overall service by achieving both internal and external contractual Key Performance Indicators and working with the Service Manager and Support Staff to ensure services are high quality and cost effective. 

You will ensure the programme you co-ordinate maximises client input and emphasises choice and control in all areas of service delivery. The core values will be an integral part of all programmes.

The successful candidate(s) will be able to demonstrate:

• Good customer service skills and use of own initiative

• Motivation towards supporting vulnerable clients to achieve focussed and positive life outcomes.

Please note that whilst you would be based at one Centre there is a requirement to be flexible to cover our other Centres within Cardiff as and when required
