About the team

The Strategy and Business Transformation team is an energetic, highly engaged team that work in an agile environment to support the business delivering continuous improvement initiatives.  We are slowly starting to transition back to the office (twice a week) and require a leader that can proactively assess opportunities and undertake options analysis to present back to the business.

The opportunity

We are seeking to appoint an experienced Program Manager. Reporting to the Sr Manager Strategy & Business Transformation, you will be responsible for managing multiple, complex and interdependent programs in a coordinated manner to support Senior Management. The function delivers effective and efficient scoping, scheduling, costing, stakeholder engagement, risk analysis and management, reporting, evaluation and integration. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary stakeholders to deliver the programs of work to agreed milestones and business objectives. The role includes supporting Project Managers to consult with clients, key stakeholders and delivery partners on the programs of work.

About you

Demonstrated experience in leading complex programs of work

Proven experience in delivering a program in consultation with a range of stakeholders

Mediate between people and mend relationships, communicating with stakeholders at all levels

Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate discussions about high risk and complexity even within constrained timescales

Lead a continual planning process in a very complex environment

Capacity to successfully juggle multiple deliverables and complex issues, in a busy and evolving delivery environment

You will understand the challenges and opportunities of working within a matrix-based organisation, and of collaborating with multiple deployed teams

You will be an inclusive and persuasive communicator

Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, or equivalent experience
