Senior Program Manager-Graphics

The Role:

Join us to lead our organization in operational excellence as we continue to grow our graphics technology leadership in the industry. Our team manages operations for AMD's graphics engineering team the Radeon Technology Group. We create products for AMD's portfolio that enable our customers to build world class laptops, gaming PCs, professional graphics workstations, servers, embedded devices, and much more. We are looking for an operations team member who will act as a data analyst.

The Person:

Has the ability to interface and collaborate with other teams regarding key programs and how they represent their effort

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform timely, quarterly 'PBA' project based accounting data collection & analysis
• Driving to deadlines and inspiring people to provide high quality data as part of a global, horizontal team
• Scenario modeling and maintain. Chart development and project scoping
• Lead streamlined data reporting & process improvement initiatives to increase automation & enable better scenario modeling
• Build housings for data and related views using SAP, SQL, Master Data Services, Excel
• Create executive data extracts for communications across a broad audience
• Assisting with operational responsibilities: hiring, headcount tracking and awards
• Compile cross program/organization details for executive presentations

Preferred Experience:

• Possesses the ability to use spreadsheets, graphing, tables, calculations, and automation efficiently to process large quantities of data relevant to business tasks
• Demonstrated ability in data mining and database architecture
• Programming skills: SQL, Data analysis expressions (DAX), .NET
• Mathematical and statistical skills are also valuable to help gather, measure, organize, and analyze, format and present data
• Fundamental understanding in data warehouse concepts , ETL, or backend development and testing
• Comfortable developing basic web UI elements using C# (Microsoft visual studio)
• Passion for attention to detail & organizing information
• Understanding of graphics, SOC, silicon & software development is desired
• Expert level skills with Excel including creating macros and interfacing to databases (Vlookup, Pivot table)
• Experience working with large amounts of data, creating pivot tables, and analyze results and trends using analytic tools
• Experience with project based accounting and or corporate annual budget planning cycles
• Strong experience in Data Visualization concepts - Power BI visualization tool

Academic Credentials:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in business preferred
