The CSCP Strategy and Transformation Engineering Program Management team is responsible for designing, building and managing the reference data services that will enable all transformational programs that are required to build a world class supply chain. We are looking for a passionate Senior Program Manager to own and drive building new reference data services, from ideation and strategy formulation through requirements and execution.

Responsibilities

In this role you will be the liaison between the business stakeholders and our internal engineering teams to foster quality and scalable technology solutions with the right level of flexibility, while simultaneously ensuring successful development and implementation with a customer focused, innovative, and collaborative team culture. Translate ideas into reality by writing high quality requirements and specifications that cover end-to-end customer scenarios, and drive for results throughout the entire product development cycle.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent. 
• 5+ years of Technical Program and/or Product Management or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, OneNote, SharePoint, Power BI, ADO.

Preferred Qualifications

• Masters Degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience with global-/hyper-scale infrastructure design and deployment, whether data center, hardware, software, operations,
• Working knowledge of deploying cloud infrastructure (Datacenters, Servers, Network, Services).
• Proven ability to analyze complex systems and drive solutions in collaboration with engineering teams
• Ability to bootstrap on a given process or technology to meet deployment schedules.
• Great problem solving, strategic thinking and technical skills.
• Self-driven, ability to work with minimal direction, and thrives in a team environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with a metrics-driven mindset and the ability to experiment, learn, and improve.
• Working knowledge of Cloud computing concepts, architecture & ability to drill down to details to help engineers & up-level to communicate to executives, as necessary.
