Amazon is seeking an innovative and analytical Senior Program Manager as part of the Recruitment Programs & Services (RPS) Centre of Excellence team within EMEA Operations Talent Acquisition (TA).
The role is permanent full time position, based in Luxembourg or London.

Key Responsibilities:
· End to end program management of new launch site recruitment / staffing
· Earn trust with multiple stakeholders to become a single source of recruitment activity update on launches for business launch teams and recruiters
· Maintain up-to-date launch reporting, gap to target information, root cause and path to green - regularly share status with recruiters and business.
· Steer key related topics (Like Public relations, learning and onboarding, HR Services and Comp and Ben related issues) that help reduce ambiguity and improve the information flow and effectiveness in the launch recruitment process for stakeholders within and outside of TA
· Maintain programmatic rhythm within the launch team e.g. playbooks , documentation of meetings/ risks/ issues
· Assess pipeline risks, and process bottlenecks early, forming path to green recommendations which may be implemented by the launch team, or may be recommendations that are facilitated by the launch team and owned by relevant teams
· High degree of customer obsession and ownership towards expanding launch program support to new Ops business areas and new regions
· Contribute to the TA monthly and quarterly Rhythm of Business discussions and document creation
· Proven capability in systematic review of raw data via excel or wider tools to identify trends, root causes and then develop hypothesis which deliver solutions
· Demonstrable record of delivery, with experience in owning and executing strategic, cross-functional projects
· Experience in “building” and developing customer / candidate focused solutions
· Ability to “think big” and innovate within an ambiguous environment, whilst being comfortable “in the weeds” fixing problems and defining quick to deliver actions
· Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with experience in reporting and managing up to an EMEA and global stakeholder audience
· Strong data analysis and MS Excel skills


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience
· Proven background within program and/or project management: Agile, Prince2 Practitioner, or other Project management certifications

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· MBA or Master degree
· Recruitment industry experience
