Program Manager is accountable for cross-team execution performance, planning, and marketing operations by planning, designing, and delivering predictable and measurable solutions for business programs. The role helps scale execution, drives clear insights that result in MDATP & Microsoft achieving their business objectives.

This role will collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across Microsoft and Partners, both cross-function and cross-group, and influence the direction and success of MDATP. Responsibilities

• Business Planning: Align priorities, strategies, and investments/budgeting with engineering execution motions through planning, design, and execution.
• Program Support & Management: Drive consistency, quality and insight across relevant programs, facilitate and support business reviews through shiproom and execution tracking, RoB management, reporting, etc.
• Strategic Initiatives: Work with teams across Microsoft to identify opportunities, gaps and overlap whereby we can streamline and accelerate changes and scale for growth
• Operational Excellence: Develops, builds, runs, and improves consistent, predictable, and measurable processes and services that align with policies, procedures, and expectations

Qualifications

Experiences

• At least 7 years related experience
• People management experience is advantage but not a requirement

Skills & Knowledge

• Ability to work and build strong relationships with senior managers (required)
• Intermediate conflict resolution and negotiation skills (required)
• Must have proven skills in program management/Project managment 
• MS project tool - advantage
• Advanced oral and written communication skills, planning and organizational abilities
• Must be able to work independently, handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and negotiate and collaborate effectively;
• Highly analytical - ability to understand business metrics, customer and market trends
• SW technological knowledge is advantage

Education

• Bachelors degree (B.S./B.A) required and/or experience in relevant fields eg: business, marketing, information technology, operations, finance.
• Desirable qualifications include Formal training in project and process management, financial accounting, and business strategy.
