Position Description:

Microsoft’s Stores Commerce team is looking for a highly motivated, technical Program Manager with a background in brick and mortar and e-commerce supply chain and financial scenarios. Join us and help define innovative scenarios for supply chain and fulfillment of digital and physical goods & services. In this role you will establish end-to-end requirements and key business metrics, collaborate effectively across engineering and business teams across Microsoft. You will contribute to multiple sales channels building shared services and capabilities that are secure, performant and reliable.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Design, drive, deliver and support forward and reverse supply chain logistics and related financial flows
• Collaborate across engineering teams on services, designs, and schedules to bring world-class sales features to life.
• Define and develop individual partner requirements and dependencies
• Identify opportunities to increase Customer satisfaction, revenue, and/or efficiencies across the e-commerce landscape.
• Provide subject matter expertise across all disciplines with exceptional depth of knowledge for assigned features
• Collaborate with the Product Planning team on system roadmap and backlog prioritization for assigned features
• Collaborate with partner engineering and business teams on user acceptance testing, deployment launch and roll out planning and execution

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years industry experience in service or software development solutions in the enterprise
• Proven experience with sales systems such as SAP or Dynamics 365 (AX) or related
• BA/BS or equivalent degree/experience in Computer Science, MIS or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in supply chain and financial solutions in the enterprise
• Experience with B2B e-commerce solutions
• Experience with Dynamics Power Platform and Power Apps
