Job Description

As the Lead Development Program Manager (PM) you will develop and manage select strategic programs and initiatives in support of the EMEA Public Sector Lead Development team. Key focus areas include the implementation and management of prospecting programs conducted by the Lead Development Representatives (LDR), including LDR pre and post campaign briefings designed to improve the overall efficiency of the Lead Development team. You will be responsible for supporting the Global Lead Development management team in the design of WWPS opportunity growth strategies and associated campaign execution by each LDR.

Responsibilities will include:
· Develop LDR “first call” training documents to scale across Public Sector
· Develop and maintain cadence of campaign program reporting to gauge and communicate effectiveness to the appropriate stakeholders.
· Build technology/vertical based outbound call campaigns which will tie in with LDR quarterly objective targets (number and dollar value of opportunities).
· Build and maintain campaign effectiveness tracker by territory and corresponding LDR.
· Adopt, transfer, and build best practices for the success of the Lead Development program.
· Help build effective inbound lead queue strategies, working in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Manager of the geographic region.
· Work with cross functional teams in developing a programmatic approach to campaigns for the Lead Development team.
· Coordinate with Field Marketing Managers and Digital Marketing to development and maintain an annual campaign calendar per vertical
· Work with Sales Managers, Sales Teams, Solution Architects and Marketing to develop “white space” and “greenfield” campaign project plans to include development of prospecting lists, call scripts and email templates
· Coordinate with Capture BD, the Partner team, Marketing and Sales Reps to develop RFx campaigns
· Work with the broader Global Lead Development team on repeatable campaigns within similar verticals, modifying as necessary for the targeted geographies.
· Research to identify qualifying customers and applicable service
· Working with Sales Reps to articulate outreach strategy
· Create call scripts and email templates
· Develop training document on process
· Support the global leaders in programmatic operational cadence for the LDR team.
· Travel as needed

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Substantial relevant work experience in marketing and cross-functional programs
· College Undergraduate Degree or equivalent industry experience
· Relevant experience with Salesforce.com, LinkedIn, Marketo or equivalent automation tools
· Experience with Microsoft Office suite
· Experience with marketing campaigns within the EMEA region
· Experience in measurement of marketing campaign effectiveness
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Proficient in Spanish, French or Italian
· Able to work in a diverse team
· Proven success in managing multi-faceted projects and programs
· In depth understanding of inside sales and demand generation programs
· Experience with marketing campaigns within the EMEA region
· Experience in measurement of marketing campaign effectiveness
· Knowledge of inbound and outbound lead generation strategies
· Meets/exceeds Amazon’s leadership principles requirements for this role
· Meets/exceeds Amazon’s functional/technical depth and complexity
