Digital Professional Services Engineering is a highly motivated team focused on helping Microsoft employees, business stakeholders and our own team members achieve their full potential. Specifically, we are looking for a Product Manager to envision and help build the sales management experience, that enable the Microsoft Industry Solutions and Customer Experiences & Support (CE&S) teams to achieve more with their customers. We are in the early days of our transformation journey, so there is huge opportunity to show impact, and land great user experiences. Strong candidates should be curious, innovative storytellers who translate user and business needs into priorities for our engineering partners. They will use sophisticated methods for creating and measuring progress towards successful outcomes. They will partner well with different roles and leaders across Microsoft Industry Solutions, Customer Experience & Success and Operations. Responsibilities

As a Product Manager in Digital Professional Services, you will be part of that journey. You will work with our key partners across Microsoft to create, drive and deliver user experiences that support and scale our business functions. To be successful in this role

You have an ability and desire to enhance a diverse and inclusive culture.

You will create a clear point of view that comes from first-hand, large-scale experience with Microsoft and industry solutions.

You have a desire to understand and incorporate customer and user feedback, industry trends, business needs, and technology into future vision and roadmaps.

You will define the vision for success – meeting or far exceeding industry solutions.

You will define the metrics by which we measure and judge successful outcomes, and you will work with engineering to create sophisticated methods for creating and measuring progress towards those outcomes.

You will work with User Research and User Design to develop sophisticated consumer grade, user experiences that support and empower our customers and partners to make decisions and create value and insights.

You will drive the delivery of key outcomes and evangelize the results within our organization, within our partner organizations, and externally to the industry.

You have a genuine curiosity to learn, be open to coaching, and try new approaches

Qualifications

Required qualifications:

This is an exciting and challenging role that will utilize all your skills and help you develop new skills. To be successful in this role you must have:

A minimum of a bachelor's degree in computer science, math, industrial design, or a related field, or equivalent alternative education, skills, and/or practical experience is required.

5+ years of product management or product design experience working with customers and partners in non-engineering organization

Other qualifications:

Skilled at multi-tasking and managing projects that have broad organizational impact and/or high corporate visibility

High enthusiasm, integrity, ingenuity, results-orientation, self-motivation, and resourcefulness in a fast-paced environment

A strong verbal and written communicator, with demonstrated storytelling experience, who is motivated and excited to share your team’s outcomes

This role's preferred location is Redmond, Washington. 

Preferred experience

Experience with current Microsoft products and technologies

Experience with the Professional Services industry

Experience working in a global delivery model
