Modern Workplace Transformations (MWT) for FL&W (Front line and workflows) is a team dedicated to revolutionizing productivity for our Healthcare, Financial Services, Civilian Government, Retail and Manufacturing customers. Using Microsoft Teams to pull through M365 and broader Microsoft capabilities, we seek to digitize and transform Industry business processes to empower our customers.  

  

Shifting to a usage-based pricing model for our premium workflows and enabling self-discovery to drive customers to adopt our solutions is one of the key goals of our team. The FL&W team is looking for a strong, motivated, independent, and energetic program manager to own and drive the Discover, Try, Buy strategy for workflows that is foundational to usage and monetization of the product primitives. These capabilities will empower BDMs (Business Decision Makers) and end-users to discover MWT products, seamlessly start trials and, ultimately, optimize their workflows to deliver better business outcomes.

• Own the product roadmap and build the strategy for Discover, try, Buy for FL&W product primitives. 
• Develop product requirements and maintain them throughout the development cycle. 
• Measure ongoing product performance and use data to make decisions to improve the product. 
• Work closely with design team to dream and push the boundaries on DTB user experiences. 
• Engage with customers and internal partners to understand their scenarios and ideate on scenarios. 

• Regularly present new product plans, demos, competitive reviews, and more to the leadership team. 
• Track all defined deliverables from conception through launch, leveraging established processes, tools, and communications mechanisms.  

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Program Management, Product Management, or equivalent experience 
• Ability to develop product plans and roadmaps, define capabilities, and drive project execution. 
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly and positively both directly with customers and with fellow team members. 
• Self-driven and able to work independently or with a team to develop solutions for a broad range of problems. 
• Startup mindset: Get things done. Excel as a team. Be passionate about innovating.  

• A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical discipline preferred. 
• You do not need industry experience to start in this role (though background in Industry would definitely be an asset!)
