Responsibilities

• The Special Clouds program management (PM) team is looking for an innovative, analytical PM capable of owning features and strategies that drive discontinuous change in autonomous cloud operations. 
• This role will help define, document and drive processes and build systems to enable Office 365 Sovereign and Regulated cloud solutions. 
• You will gather underlying requirements, formulate objectives, and develop specs. 
• You will be part of a cross-functional team leveraging Azure and Office to build the next generation cloud, extending investments in the world-wide public cloud. 
• Drive and project manage areas as assigned 

Qualifications

• Strong technical program manager background (at least 4 years) with a proven track record in developing and shipping software or services; experience with shared platforms or services is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to use data to influence & drive decisions 
• Demonstrated collaboration skills that require influencing peers and leaders to embrace best practices and align to engineering goals
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment working with diverse engineering organizations across Microsoft
• Proven track record of going technically deep 
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to tailor your message to different audiences
• Proven experience dealing with ambiguity, being a self-starter, and showing bias for action 

 Preferred Qualifications 

• A B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or related field 
• Experience building cloud services.
