We are looking for a self-driven product manager who can own the roadmap, features and execution for needs-based solutions. The ideal candidate is someone with a customer-first mindset, who uses insights and feedback to define delightful user experiences and works with UX/Design and engineering to build those experiences. The person will have end to end ownership of features and will work with various stakeholders across engineering, design, business to drive decisions and prioritization.

In this role, you will be working on solutions, that help our customers respond rapidly to disruptions, or trends accelerated due to the pandemic such as safe return, vaccination mandates and hybrid work. As a member of our team, you will participate in all stages of our engineering lifecycle - from initial market research and discovery, quick iteration on ideas, solution prototyping and development, successful delivery.     

You will also be responsible for:   

• Working closely with the development team to build a well-defined product roadmap. 
• Drive rhythm of business activities within the team to ensure end-to-end success of initiatives   

• Forming a strong, positive relationships with our partner teams across the Power Platform, Microsoft Teams and other partner teams.  
• Partnering with our customers to understand their needs, and utilize data and insights, and translate feedback into the roadmap priorities, investment areas and technical requirements  
• Ensure successful delivery of the product values in collaboration with the feature development team and partnerships across Microsoft teams.    
• Working closely with the business development, marketing, and industry field teams to scale and reach the right customers.   

Qualifications

Required Qualifications: 

• Growth mindset and bias for action 
• 4+ years’ experience in a Program or Product management role  
• Knowledge of business application software or low code - no code business process platforms 
• Clarity of thought driven by customer-obsession to cut through noise and build what our customers need and not always what they ask for 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience with customer-facing products or solutions 
• Product management experience at a startup 
• Excellent communication skills with an ability to clearly articulate and share your vision, ideas and plans with colleagues and to be able to deal constructively with opposing views or opinions.  
• BS or MS in computer science, engineering , or equivalent experience, and/or practical experience
