Interviews for the Program Manager roles will be conducted in partnership with our attendance at Aftrotech. By applying to this role, you’ll be assessed for multiple, identical positions on several teams.

Responsibilities

Program Managers are focused on improving our technology solutions. You work collaboratively with team mates to ensure our products exceed customer expectations. You communicate throughout the process to understand progress towards delivery, technical challenges, and to provide clarity on customer needs using a data driven approach. You will be expected to demonstrate an ability to learn and adopt relevant new technologies, tools, methods and processes to leverage in your solutions. As a Program Manager, you are dedicated to building software to empower every person and organization on the planet to achieve more.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications: 

• 2+  years of professional experience in leading and delivering end to end customer solutions.
• 2+ years program management or equivalent experience.
• Experience working on applications that involve Data Science, Machine Learning, or Artificial Intelligence.
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science or related STEM fields.

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Demonstrated success connecting with customers, identifying insights, designing and delivering features to address customer needs. 
• A proven track record of partnering with multiple cross-functional teams. 
• A demonstrated ability to independently handle complex assignments. 
• Exceptional teamwork and commitment to foster a positive and diverse team culture. 
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
