We are looking for an energetic program manager to help us deliver and improve our experiences for high-visibility networking services. As part of the #AzurePortal team you'll build user experiences for Azure.

This role provides an opportunity to directly contribute to Azure customer satisfaction and retention by building experiences used by millions of customers each month. We want customers to choose Azure because it’s simple, and it just works -- you'll collaborate with designers and networking engineers to make this happen.  

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Analyze customer feedback and existing experiences to identify customer pain points.
• Deeply engage with the engineering teams responsible for networking services.
• Create UX designs that simplify complex concepts.
• Run experiments and test hypotheses to improve customer Net Promoter Score (NPS).
• Partner with software development to deliver end to end scenarios.
• Ensure solutions meet the team KPIs and delight our customers.
• Plan, execute, organize, and manage complex technical projects.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively across broad teams while influencing stakeholders.

Qualifications

The top qualification for this position is intellectual curiosity and a willingness to learn new things.

In addition to that, you should have:

• 2+ years of related program, product or technical product management experience.
• Strong project management and collaboration skills.
  
• Demonstrated technical expertise in an area
• Experience building software products with diverse engineering teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Broad understanding of DevOps workflows and tools ecosystems.
• Azure experience and an understanding of how enterprises use Azure.
• Experience managing teams using Agile/Scrum methodology.
  
• Broad understanding of networking concepts/technology.
• Experience with UX/UI Design.
