GreenTech Resources is currently hiring Production manager – manufacturing (NOC 0911) for our client based in Canada – 01 positions available who is ready to support an LMIA/PNP. GreenTech is a Foreign Worker Recruitment Company based in Regina.

Responsibilities for Production manager – manufacturing

• Manage and evaluate entire production process
• Schedule jobs for production through distribution
• Contribute to production planning and budgeting
• Lead and monitor quality assessments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain a safe production environment
• Coordinate with key internal and external production stakeholders
• Develop and implement plans to efficiently use materials, labour and equipment to meet production targets
• Develop production schedules and maintain an inventory of raw materials and finished products
• Develop equipment maintenance schedules and recommend the replacement of machines

Employment Requirements

• Completion of a college or university program in engineering or business administration is usually required.
• Five to ten years of supervisory experience in manufacturing are required.
