Robert Half is recruiting for a Production Coordinator for a long term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a creative client located in Toronto, The Production Coordinator will be managing the workflow of design assets between the production house and their client. If you are highly organized, have strong interpersonal skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is a great opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate between the Client and Production department to ensure projects are delivered on time and to standards
• Liaise feedback and updates to production team regarding quality of assets
• Quality control of assets before print production
• Track project milestones and deliverables
• Perform other duties as required

Requirements

• Must be open to travelling to Mississauga to work on site in the future
• 2+ years of experience managing projects
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Experience working in a creative agency, or fast-paced environment
• Highly detail oriented
