• Experience in a fast-paced eCommerce studio preferable

• Ability to identify problems, demonstrate use of initiative and implement appropriate solutions
• Ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to recognise gaps in knowledge and utilise network to bridge accordingly
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Proven ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
• Maintaining a positive outlook and remaining cool under pressure • openness to admit mistakes
• Ability to excel within the dynamic demands of an evolving digital landscape
• Flexible, self-motivated and enthusiastic • promotes good morale
