We are looking to recruit a Product Supply Administrator to join the team here in Watford. If you have good excel skills, a ‘can-do’ attitude and are looking to join a growing and exciting business then read on below and apply today!

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Creating and circulating reports

  • PO management (ETA/ quantities etc)

  • Order raising in liaison with Category Supply Manager

  • Communication with suppliers on ETAs/ overdue POs

  • Adhoc reporting based on requests

  • Store forum requests/ queries 

  • Providing data for aligning stakeholders

  • Can do attitude & willingness to learn / get stuck in to any tasks required

  • Attention to detail

  • Excellent Excel and written skills 

  • Confidence in communicating with others

  • Organised and forward thinking

  • Someone who wants to work as part of a team to support a high level of customer satisfaction
