Vodafone UK’s blended working approach means you’ll come to your contracted hub location office as and when needed to get things done for your role and for tasks that require it, otherwise you will be able to work from home. What will you be doing?

  • Represent the business stakeholders and be the voice of the customer, responsible for ensuring that the delivery team delivers value to the business according to the outcome vision
  • Responsible for the definition of customer-centric items or user stories ranking, prioritizing, and adding them to the team backlog
  • Work closely with the Vertical Lead Product Managers and Scrum Master in coordinating day-to-day activities such as planning to ensure collaboration and effective delivery of user stories against commercial and company objectives
  • Responsible for the entire E2E product life cycle from new feature development, continuous improvement and the definition and implementation of new products/services and their subsequent operating models across our Mobility and Cloud Portfolio

Who are we looking for?

  • Experience in successful delivery against financial/resource constraints
  • Self-motivated
  • Experienced in making data and risk based decisions - ensuring maximum value for the business
  • Strong customer-centric focus with an entrepreneurial and ROI mind-set
  • Problem solving skills with the ability to minimize overheads tasks for the team and manage interdependencies with other teams
  • Agile Working Experience (Scrum/SAFE/Kanban)
  • Experience with requirements definitions, and user story mapping
  • Ability to simplify complex business problems into simplified outcomes based on value and size
  • Pragmatic working style - with the ability to analyse situations and propose solutions vs conflicting business needs
  • Comfortable with shifting priorities and business change
  • Successful delivery in product ownership across full products lifecycles from MVP to marketable products
  • Delivery of successful product operating models across SELL/BUILD/RUN
  • Customer experience design of digital products and services
  • Planning and work estimation managing and empowering the team able to continuously balance between the customer and commercial needs
