What will you be doing?
As a Product Owner in our Chatbot team you will work with scrum teams to ensure best practice in refining requirements, prioritising the backlog and orchestrating the delivery of improvements to our Chatbot (TOBi).
You will work with the Experience & Linguistics Lead, the Technical Lead and the Conversational Design Lead to deliver best in class experience, ensuring Vodafone exceeds challenging KPIs that make us a standout leader in Digital service.
You will work closely with key stakeholders and suppliers to ensure that regulatory and legal needs are met and any new propositions are supported in line with planned go-to-market activity.
