Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Work in support of senior members of the Global Marketing team and the Global Leadership teams with a focus on Citi global investment offerings.
  • Responsibilities / Duties:
  • Assist senior members of Bank global marketing and regional marketing leads in the support and development of integrated marketing strategies and projects in accordance with agreed business and marketing plans
  • Aid development of clear capabilities messaging focusing on global offerings as well as overall investment management value proposition
  • Create client facing and educational literature in support of Cglobal investment strategies. This entails working closely with investment teams, product, legal, compliance, SP 24 teams and other partners across the Bank, as appropriate
  • Handle global compliance and SP24 coordination as it relates to the product launches, training and ongoing after-sales support materials including Investments Intranet presence
  • Manage the standard reporting process as it relates to global equities, fixed income and multi-asset class strategies including; Portfolio Manager commentaries, monthly/quarterly fact sheets, sales deck updates, Investment Review quarterly newsletter
  • Maintain legal/compliance and SP24 approval records for audit purposes
  • Team Liaison with Partner Teams – ICG, Consumer, Internal Communications & PR
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in the Financial Services industry in asset management/wealth management. experience with marketing strategy and collateral material development and execution.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate and influence at multiple seniority levels Proven understanding of investment marketing material development in a wealth management/asset management structure
  • Solid practical knowledge of equity, fixed income, multi-asset class financial products.
  • Experience working in a large and complex matrixed organization Articulate, excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multi-task and reassess priorities based on changing business needs
  • Strategic business and marketing plan experience, with strong analytic acumen
  • Results driven with ability and strong experience with problem solving
  • Ability to identify and recommend changes to processes in order to improve and streamline those processes
  • Alternative investments knowledge a plus

Education:

  • Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred
