This role sits within the Sky Broadband marketing team, which is made up of four pillars; ‘Advertising & Campaigns’, ‘Customer Marketing’, ‘Product Marketing’ and ‘Strategy & Planning’. The Product Marketing team owns bringing new products to market, optimising our sales channels and rolling out Sky Broadband brand updates across all Sky teams.
What you’ll do:
Sales Channels:
– You will work closely with our digital team to build out robust test and learn plans to optimise our digital journeys. You will brief in all updates to our digital journeys and supervise performance in partnership with the digital team
– You will be the gateway between the Broadband team and call-centre agents, ensuring that they’re fully briefed on new offers and campaigns, as well as being armed with the latest competitor and product knowledge
New Products:
– Working with our Propositional and Commercial teams to bring product updates and new products to market. Working on the messaging and positioning of the product in our sales channels and agent training & engagement activity
The Brand:
– Lead the rollout of brand updates across all our core digital channels and physical Sky sites across the country. Briefing all relevant teams and ensuring all material adheres to brand guidelines
What you’ll bring:

– Creative judgement – Strong creative eye. Ability to think from the consumers’ perspective and provide clear and articulate feedback that makes the work better. Run briefing and delivering creative across multiple teams
– Presentation skills – Credible and able to present and work to senior leadership team, with excellent presentation skills and ability to articulate views clearly
– Analytical Mindset – continuously aiming to understand how our sales channels are performing so that we can improve, using data to tell stories and inform decisions
