The Customer & Product Marketing team is an integral part of this plan, responsible for ensuring that our innovative products and propositions are positioned, launched, and communicated in the right way to the right customer at the right time to help deliver customer and commercial success.

What you’ll do:

• Lead new propositions and device launch communication delivery.

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key areas of the business such as commercial, trading and product.

• Lead on flagship and device launches GTM across all marketing touchpoints and leading manufactures relationships and planning.

• Maximise effectiveness of Sky Mobile RTM touch points.

• Utilise internal tools (e.g. VIP, specific RTMs) to enhance sales and increase customer engagement, improve customer journeys and enrich the proposition.

• Lead on merchandising the website and MSA effectively to increase engagement and conversion.

• Planning always-on training programmes across the contact centre estate. Using test and learn to explore the development of new messaging and market leading claims.

What you’ll bring:

• Self-starter: you are entrepreneurial, with the ability to work well cross-functionally and in virtual teams and confident in working with channel partners.

• Driven and inquisitive: a thirst for understanding and using gathered knowledge to push through change in the business.

• Problem-solver: able to balance conflicting business requirements (volume, versus targeting and segmentation) to deliver sales & value to the business.

• Decisive and delivery oriented: simplifying ambiguity and giving clear direction.

• Experienced in marketing and Go-To-Market customer messaging (desirable).

• Creative – think out of the box to deliver engaging and simple communications.
