Who we need

Reporting to the VP of Product Strategy, we are looking for an entrepreneurial and results-oriented Product Manager to join our team. You will lead the initiatives to shape our product road map, laying out the building blocks for new products or features as they relate to the growth of our SaaS solutions. You will evaluate the current market and leverage context from our existing customers, stakeholders and market data. You will work with the project management, development and product teams to turn abstract ideas into live products, services and user-friendly features.

How you will make an impact:

• Manage product life cycles. You will take charge of product development processes from development to launch. You will follow through on all steps from Value-Based Discovery, User Stories & detailed Specifications, UI/UX, Refining and Acceptance with R&D, support QA processes and release management to documentation & training.
• Build product design roadmaps. You will work with management to design and manage the product blueprints and strategies, balancing both short-term and long-term goals. You will turn abstract ideas into user-friendly product features, focusing on delivering Action, Analysis and Accountability to Smart Manufacturing.
• Analyze and report on new launches. You will assess how well a launched product or feature performs in the market. You will document its reception, and report to the leadership, accurately communicating highly technical concepts to the relevant stakeholders.
• Stay updated. You will research industry trends in Manufacturing and AI, helping us remain innovative as our industry-leading software platform grows.

You will bring:

• The experience. You have 5+ years of experience in a Product Management capacity with a software, Technology or IT company. You also have project launching experience, particularly in SaaS products, and have a history of working in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced and high-growth environment.
• The technical knowledge. You have a working understanding of manufacturing automation and have experience working on continuous improvement initiatives. You are familiar with analytic tools, testing platforms and tracking tools as they measure progress towards meeting goals.
• The personality. You are a go-getter with the drive to see your goals achieved. Taking initiative is second nature to you, and with your can-do attitude, you are willing to jump in and offer help where needed. You are a multitasker, capable of balancing numerous competing priorities at once.
• The communication skills. You have outstanding verbal and written abilities and can communicate technical concepts in ways that are easier to understand.
