The Product Manager - Digital Lending will be responsible for supporting the evolution of Spot. Buy Now, Pay Later. The key responsibilities include execution of initiatives to drive customer growth, engagement and experience.

The role also includes partnerships with third parties, leveraging their API for enhanced offerings, or credit and fraud risk management.

The role combines digital product development, risk management and P&L management; ideal for a candidate looking to round up their general management skills.

Product Management

• Design, Develop and Execute product initiatives (digital and operational) such as application flow optimisations, third party APIs usage, product positioning and processes.

• Partner with UX & Technology teams based offshore to deliver on time and with resilience.

• Manage product positioning, policies and content (emails, terms and conditions)

• Engage with stakeholders to seek governance or policy approvals.

• Influence risk and marketing to ensure that acceptance strategies are optimised.

• Partner with governance and digital teams to ensure the seamless delivery of program goals.

• Critically assess the product performance to identify opportunities; and lead relevant teams for further assessments and/or delivery.

Stakeholder Management

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with multiple senior stakeholders.

• Indirectly lead teams to drive mutually beneficial outcomes; and manage compromises effectively.

• Work closely with peers to leverage learnings, drive improvements and efficiencies.

Strong Influencing skills (across multiple stakeholder groups from legal, technology to operations)

Sound knowledge or interest in Payments industry & Fintech landscape.
