Product Manager

Location: London, The Speechmark, Southwark (Blended working approach*)

Home and Innovation Product Team sits in the Consumer Business Unit (also supporting the Enterprise Business Unit) in Vodafone UK and has a reporting line into Vodafone Group Product & Services.  The purpose of our team is to evaluate, build, deliver and manage in life market leading, profitable products & services which deliver great customer experiences. Our range of products & services include OneNumber, Content partnerships (Red Entertainment), Insurance, Trade In, Secure Net etc. 

What will you be doing? 

This is a vital role for our team, you will be responsible and accountable for the overall product delivery and effectiveness of Secure Net services in the UK. You will strive for an exceptional level of quality and reliability of our security services for Mobile, Fixed and Connected devices in the UK.

You will be empowered to product lead and deliver Secure Net alongside other security products, services and capabilities to Vodafone UK. As a key conduit between multiple UK stakeholders and suppliers, you will be uniquely positioned within the organisation to influence and leverage Vodafone Group SecureNet in order to scale. We are looking for you to use your product expertise, innovative thinking and experience to create, introduce and deliver cutting-edge services that help to keep our customers safe and secure.

Who are we looking for?  

•    Strong Product management experience, ideally in consumer software
•    Proven experience of managing and influencing cross-function groups
•    Experience of product decision making based on research, usage data or either
•    Ability to analyse complex data from multiple sources and summarise insights in a structured way
•    Experience of Adobe Analytics (or similar)
