Product Manager - Authentication or Identity Management – Job Description

• Project: Role will own and manage product catalog for all CIAM products in the bank; work with IT team and business lines and share the CIAM product features and Bank standards on Authentication; help manage business expectations on product requirements.

• Translate security requirements into product requirements suitable for technology teams

• Create easy to understand application guides and product catalog

• Monitor Product KPIs and create reports based on it and data feeds

• Manage and Report Product delivery progress

• Working with IT teams, business channels and external vendors

Product Manager - Authentication or Identity Management – Mandatory Skills

• 7+ experience in Product Manager role

• 5+ experience in Authentication or Identity Management related work

• Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products

• Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle

• Highly effective cross-functional team management

• Previous experience delivering finely tuned product marketing strategies

• Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills

• Has ability to work for multiple high-scale projects simultaneously

• Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills to be able to work well with technical peers and business stakeholders at different levels within the organization

• Excellent interpersonal skills to be able to collaborate and work closely with external vendors

• Ability to analyze complex situations and problems and do the necessary research using multiple sources of information to arrive at innovative solutions

• Ability to work as part of a team, as well as work independently or with minimal direction

• Good time management and organizational skills to effectively manage high scale projects

• Post-secondary degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or product design

• Previous software and web development experience

• Bilingual in Spanish and English
