Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience in product management or engineering with a focus on mobile products and technologies
• Experience driving product visions, go-to-market strategies, and design discussions
• Experience working with designers, product managers, and engineers

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience working with mobile apps or games
• Experience in App Store Optimization (ASO), app marketing, and audience development
• Experience working on products with international reach

Within Dev Success, the Acquisition team enables Android developers to setup, administer, optimize, and understand their presence on the Google Play Store. The team drives impact through innovative products that increase the reach and influence of store listings, including pre-launch planning and other go-to-market tooling. Our work supports the app and game acquisitions that Google Play generates and is central to our, and our partners', success.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Acquisition team in partnership with Engineering, UX, Research, and Product Analytics teams.
• Define long-term, impactful strategies and roadmaps that enable developers to take full advantage of our global reach to grow their acquisitions.
• Execute effectively and rapidly to bring features to market, ensuring that the team is skilled in the direction and it has impact.
• Ensure that acquisition projects are well instrumented, providing timely and continued reporting of team impact.
• Partner and collaborate with stakeholders and teams (e.g., Google Play Store, Ads, Business Development, Privacy and Legal, etc.) to successfully complete projects.
