They are looking to appoint a strong leader to take ownership of the current product strategy, influence senior, diverse stakeholders and drive improvements through the building of a tenacious and resilient transformation team.

To be considered for this role you will have:

• Several years\' experience in product strategy and product management
• Experience in transformation delivery utilising Agile Product Owner resources
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Very strong negotiating and influencing skills
• Experience in business and consumer transactional banking products/services a plus
• Demonstrated history of building and managing great teams
• A positive, can-do leadership style that inspires others to go the extra mile
