Our Procurement Team provides support for regional and corporate projects. We are in contact with local and regional teams to collaborate and innovate. We manage the buying process and engage in commercial sourcing management in order to achieve the best contractual conditions and best results for the company.
Partner with the best
As a Procurement Specialist for Artificial Lift Services, you will manage the buying process for a given set of goods. In this role, you will apply sourcing policy and interface between supplier and entity with respect to specifications and budgets.
As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Placing and following up on POs and managing relationships with suppliers for PO execution.
Managing problems and schedule changes, updating ERP as needed.
Elaborating proposals for improvement in approaches, methods, procedures and processes.
Contributing to projects as a team member.
Negotiating supply chain improvements with third party Suppliers.
Mitigating supply shortages by working with internal and external stakeholders.
Supporting Hub Buyers as needed.
Working with Suppliers and Accounts Payable on invoice reconciliations.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will have:
A Bachelor\'s degree from an accredited university/college (preferred) or a high school diploma / GED
A minimum of 1 years of experience in sourcing or procurement
Good oral and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
Ability to work independently
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to travel up to 10-15% as needed
