Role:  Procurement and Supply Chain Administrator

Location: Dunstable, Bedfordshire. We currently work a Hybrid model where expectations are a minimum 2 days per week in the office

Employment Type: Permanent, Part time,

Hours: 25 hours per week over 5 days

As part of a fast-paced and dedicated team you will provide administrative support to the Procurement and Supply Chain teams through team alignment, providing a professional and efficient service.

What you will be doing:

  • Support new supplier and product setups including supplier liaison to gain data
  • Maintain and own contract filing cabinet and supplier database
  • Support on product amendment and administration
  • Create TI reports where required
  • Create & maintain contract calendar and follow up with Procurement Managers
  • Raise D&B Credit reports and pass alerts to Procurement Managers
  • Managing Contracts due to expire and drafting of Contracts as requested by Procurement Manager
  • Maintain all reports and systems relevant to the department
  • Uploading minutes & Supplier reviews into Contract Manager.
  • Identify opportunities to make admin processes more efficient and/or effective
  • Event Management Support - Co-ordination and administrative support
  • Raising and follow up of supplier invoices
  • Admin team fully cross-trained to cover all functions in Procurement & Supply Chain

  • Administration experience with all Microsoft packages
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Database experience would be advantageous
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate with a variety of customers both internally and externally
