The role of Procurement Analyst:

• source new vendors

• monitor vendor KPIs and scorecards

• analyse incoming proposals for assigned products

• mange cost inputs, commodity analysis,

• find opportunity for cost improvements

• identify and act on performance improvement initiatives with suppliers

• vendor sourcing, selection and onboarding

• RFP/RFQ process

• examine and analyze existing contracts for key partners

• asses risk and recommend changes to existing contracts

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of vendor management, procedures and administration
• 5+ years of procurement experience
• strong analytical ability
• ability to recognize trends and implement corrective action plans
• Post secondary education in a related field
• Certified Supply Chain Management Professional designation an asset
