Manpower is recruiting for an experienced Process Set-Up Attendant to join a leading client located in Markham.

Full time - Day shift - The Set Up Attendant maintains the proper balance of materials at the line to ensure an efficient production flow.

What is the job?

Duties include supplying or holding materials and cleaning work area.
Supply the lines with pallets (skids) of all sorts of components ( empty cases, lids, boxes etc.) to help the line to start the new order.
And then remove the finished product to wrapping and/or landing areas.
Wrap the filled Skids.
Remove the empty pallets (skids) away.
Load, unload and move materials at plant.

What do you bring to the job?

Computer skills and math skills (addition, subtraction, percentages, averages).
Good communication and problem solving skills.
Ability to lift up to 35lbs.
