About the Role

This is an opportunity for a Technical Business Analyst to transition into the exciting world of Process Intelligence and Automation.

Our team of Automation experts deliver services using a number of industry leading automation platforms for BPM, RPA, Process Intelligence and Document Intelligence and with a growing pipeline are looking to extend our capability further.

What you’ll do

As Process Intelligence and Automation Consultant, you will be accountable for, but not limited to :

• Deep expertise and passion in Consulting, process mapping, process re-engineering and Organisational Change Management.
• Confident application of proven advisory frameworks and a process-driven approach to assessing and guiding customers through lean process optimisation projects.
• An ability to translate desired strategic / business outcomes into actionable roadmap of activity and to present these to customers.
• Excellent listening, communication and facilitation skills to be able to work effectively across both the Customers’ business and IT teams
• The ability to present thought leadership subjects to large audiences in an engaging and insightful way.
• A team player who enjoys working within a team of multi-disciplined automation consultants who are committed to helping our customers via the delivery of high value strategy, consulting and automation engagements.

What you’ll bring

Having a proven background as a Technical Business Analyst will be a distinct advantage, as you will gather and document requirements, and use both ABBYY Timeline (as the Process Intelligence tool) and Promapp (for process mapping and change management).

These will help you to identify and define requirements for automation opportunities that could include one or all of BPM, RPA and Document Intelligence.
