The Front of House Hospitality Manager is accountable for delivering world class service to our most loyal customers. As you would expect from such an iconic brand, customer obsession is at the centre of all we do – therefore we’re looking to you, in partnership with the Client Experience Manager to constantly innovate and elevate the experiences we provide within our private spaces for our valued guests.
You will be a client relationship expert, host and confidante with unrivalled luxury service knowledge, leadership & service skills, across a wide range of client profiles. A people first leader, you’ll easily engage with your own front of house team, as well as the wider Private Shopping team, to impart your own knowledge and standards. Ensuring the creation of world leading, repeatable, measurable customer service is adhered to at all times – and that an elevated luxurious environment is created for clients and guests.

About You
You will have proven experience of working with Luxury and/or UHNW clients and you will be an expert in luxury hospitality hosting and delivery. You will be meticulous, with strong attention to detail and exceptional planning and organising skills. You will have the ability to maintain the highest standards of discretion, tact and confidentiality. You must be an influential leader who can build relationships quickly with colleagues across Retail and key stakeholders and influence others to make change. Strong emotional resilience, the ability to think quickly and maintain calm and composed under pressure, are key in this role.
