The team has multiple positions available that provide the opportunity to deliver key advancements for our customers to help them achieve more together. You will be responsible for capturing customer needs, coordinating product plans, building roadmaps, designing features, and delivering them to unlock new capabilities.  These deeply technical roles are a mix of diving into customer and system data, designing large-scale service interactions, delivering complex distributed systems, and working alongside senior technical leaders across the company on technical roadmap and strategy.  These positions are perfect for candidates that love to marry technology with business, deep dive in service scale challenges and merge them with user needs, solve technical problems while redefine how people work and collaborate day to day."

Responsibilities

• Partner across Microsoft to understand business goals, user needs, collect requirements, and synthesize product plans to deliver maximum impact across all areas. 

• Deliver end-to-end product solutions, including competitive research, requirements definition, user experience, and delivery of capabilities. 
• Successfully validate and improve product solutions over time through data analysis and experimentation 
• Manage dependencies across teams to ensure that features land on time with the required scope across desktop, mobile and web. 
• Collaborate with senior technical leadership across the company to set direction and roadmap 
• Regularly present new product plans, strategy, demos, competitive reviews, and more to the leadership team. 

Qualifications

• 6+ years of program/product management or developer experience delivering large scale online services or SaaS products 
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related discipline or equivalent experience
