Responsibilities

We are looking for manager to lead an engineer team to deliver high quality intelligent diagnostic platform and solution. The lead  will be working closely with our partners, program managers, data scientists and engineers to design, implement, measure and improve the intelligent diagnostic platforms to help on call engineers to quickly understand the mitigate any customer impacting outages. The lead will be working closely with partners and program managers to set clear long term vision for intelligent diagnostic platform, create achievable short and mid term goals, prioritize and features so we can ensure consistent long term goal and keep delivering incremental impact. The lead will be mentoring the engineering team, grow the team and build an inclusive, dynamic and high performing engineering team. The lead will ensure good engineering practices applied in the product and the product is highly available and scalable for Azure scale.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of design and services development experience
• 3+ years of people management experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Successful experiences of leading and managing an engineering team through the entire life cycle of a product
• Successful experience of building a large scale, high available cloud service
• Excellent communication skills to deal with ambiguity.
• Experiences building and operating large scale service is preferred
• Data driven software design practice is preferred
• Previous experiences using AI/ML or collaboration with Data scientist will be helpful
