The Business AI organization is searching for an experienced Program Manager to shape and drive parts of the customer and partner ecosystem for our Autonomous Systems offerings.  If you have experience driving sales, strategy and/or co-sell motion with Partners successfully, have a passion for democratizing access to AI & Robotics technology, and have customer and partner success to cultivate a vibrant autonomous ecosystem for a core technology platform from incubation to scale, then this role is right for you.

Responsibilities

• Become a senior trusted subject matter expert of Airsim, and it’s technical components .
• Ability to carry a 100-200 level conversation credibly with Partner executives, BDMs and  technical leaders about autonomous systems
• Engage end-to-end with SI partners; including qualifying selected Partners for fit, getting agreement on business and financial terms for early engagement, and signing respective contracts and alliance agreements to onboard those early partnerships
• Build robust rhythm with Customers and Partners driving progress on joint KPIs
• Collaborate internal teams like research, engineering, industry, business development  account teams, specialists, Azure, CSE and other relevant MSFT teams on engagements

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant customer or partner facing work experience in customer or Partner facing roles
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science/related field or equivalent industry experience  

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical familiarity with simulation, aerial and ground robotics, autonomous systems, Machine learning, and Artificial Intelligence
• Experience with Urban Aerial Mobility (UAM) Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV), Drones,
• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience  
• Passionate about autonomous systems, robotics, and Artificial Intelligence
• Wants new technological challenges
• Is a self-starter, and likes to learn every day
