Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in shipping high-quality, large-scale software products

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with driving alignment across disciplines and product groups
• Proven track record of excellence in product management, go-to-market, and customer success
• Strategic mindset in identifying opportunities to create new innovative customer value
• Strong ability to find and build relationships with customers and present at industry conferences
• Excellent collaboration, influencing, communication, and executive presence
• Extensive experience with agile software product development and data-driven decision making
• Startup mentality to move and iterate rapidly, work across disciplines, and focus on customers
• Growth mindset to learn, seek diverse viewpoints, and ask questions that draw out the best in people
