Our Private Brands offer customers outstanding quality, at great prices and we are looking for a PMT to join the WW Private Brands Catalog Quality team to deliver new experiences that will help customers discover our Private Brands products.

As a Principal Product Manager Technical (PMT), you will own solutions to a large set of customer-facing product catalog issues that influence critical business processes, product discovery and detail page CX. You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. This means you are not only able to develop and drive high-level strategic initiatives, but can also roll up your sleeves, dig in and get the job done.

In this role you will be responsible for scoping and delivering large projects across the WW Private Brands Catalog. You will think globally, anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints. An ability to take large, complex projects and break them down into manageable pieces, develop functional specifications, then deliver them in a successful and timely manner is expected. Maturity, high judgment, negotiation skills, ability to influence, analytical talent and leadership are essential to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
· Own the vision and strategy for Private Brand Catalog Quality
· Write documents that work backwards from customer
· Dive deep into customer and system data to perform analysis
· Partner effectively with other leaders in product, design, engineering, science and business intelligence to influence priorities and drive alignment
· Plan and deliver on a roadmap, defining new features to meet emerging customers' needs
· Exhibit excellent judgment on how to prioritize between focusing features, architectural improvements and operational excellence

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s Degree
· Proven experience leading the definition, launch and delivery of multiple internet-scale product portfolios.
· Capability to contribute to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
· Be able to provide architectural guidance and direction, strong judgment especially relevant in balancing long term strategic investments with near term business goals
· Experience prioritising feature delivery and making intelligent trade-offs to launch a product
· Background overseeing roadmap strategy and definition

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field; MBA
· Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
· Experience in delivering Amazon-scale systems
· Experience with technologies like Hadoop, Rules based systems and Machine learning
