The Dynamics 365 Marketing team is looking for a talented manager to lead our PM team in Prague. Digital transformation is about reimagining how you bring people, data, and processes together to create value for your customers and maintain a competitive advantage in a digital-first world. The D365 Marketing product team is taking marketing automation and lead management to the next level by delivering compelling, intelligent, integrated, extensible, and attractive user experiences as SaaS products designed to be consumed both on desktop and mobile. We are reimagining how we help companies achieve more and develop stronger customer relationships through intelligent and automated customer experiences.

Location: This role is available as 100% remote in any main EU location. The sucessful candidate should have the right to live and work in the location they apply to.

Responsibilities

• Provide thought leadership, set a clear product strategy, and develop a product roadmap by deeply understanding customer needs, market trends and product principles.
• Work closely with customers, engineering, user experience, marketing, and sales to build products that customers love.
• Evangelize our products and drive customer adoption while maintaining high customer satisfaction through delightful user experiences.
• Contribute a data driven team culture of customer obsession, collaboration, results, transparency, inclusiveness, and trust.
• Provide strong example of product management skills with the ability to coach and mentor junior product managers.

Qualifications

• Extensive years of expereince in product/program management experience with a proven track record of delivering great user experiences
• Proven track record of leading cross functional teams that includes in-house engineering teams, UX research, design, and marketing
• Extensive years of developing product/market fit, customer and competitive research, roadmap definition, backlog prioritization, and experience definition for user facing application experiences
• Strong written and verbal communication/presentation skills through all levels of the organization, technical and non‐technical. Native or professional fluency in English
