We are looking for a PM leader to bring this disruptive technology to more experiences and more users at our Bellevue, WA, Berkeley, CA, or Cambridge, MA location.

Our approach to conversational AI orchestrates user input, conversational and on-screen context, and real-world APIs into a single machine-learned conversational system that is richly contextual and highly grounded. Combining the Semantic Machines technology with Microsoft’s world-class products, the team aims to democratize access to technology by delivering a more productive and natural user experience that will take conversational computing to the next level.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience with AI systems that power end-user experiences and prior experience effectively managing PMs who work in these areas.

Responsibilities

Envision and design novel products based on conversational AI technology

Actively drive and present product plans and reviews, demos, and competitive analyses with the team, partners, and executive leadership

Work effectively and collaboratively with world-class research, engineering, and data teams and reconcile differing viewpoints into a cohesive plan

Build and nurture relationships with teams all across Microsoft to bring innovative conversational AI products to market

Lead and manage a team of PMs across different career stages using a Model, Coach, Care approach

Qualifications

10+ years of Product/Program Management experience on an AI-powered end-user facing product

2+ years of experience with conversational AI or NLP

3+ years of experience managing a team of Program or Product Managers

Previous experience with early stage v1 products is desired
