We are seeking a Principal Analyst with a strong Business intelligence background who will be responsible for the provision of business requirements, to facilitate high quality strategic and business decision-making at all levels.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Extensive background in stakeholder engagement, reporting, data, business intelligence, and business improvement.
• Advanced level of knowledge of data and analytics to develop appropriate measures for reporting and the ability to set up effective, robust and sustainable analytics processess.
• An understanding of the limitations of working with incomplete data, and be able to balance data quality issues with reporting requirements.
• Experience in a mainstream data analytics or business intelligence toolset, such as Qlik, Oracle, PowerBI, SAS, R, Snowflake.
• Knowledge and understanding of the mechanisms of government, its operating environment and governing legislation.
