The Principal Advisor Lifecycles leads the strategic, technical, and operational lifecycle systems for our Investment Management Framework (IMF).
The IMF work programme is complex, as it requires support and input from a range of centres of excellence across KÄinga Ora and government agencies, and delivers IMF products to a range of business units and user groups.
Working closely with our programme offices and construction functions, you'll ensure processes are consistent, logical, streamlined and structured. Think of it as similar to a tangled wire - you're the wizard who figures out how to untangle everything and make things easier going forward! Your ability to identify what's important, along with your excellent networking skills and ability to persuade and influence others, will be key in helping you achieve this and drive better outcomes across the business.
